Delete your Tahanan account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time, in the Tahanan app by Raemulan Lands or with a request from this page. You don't need the app installed to ask.

In the app

  1. Open Tahanan and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account under Log out.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account, or include the email or mobile number you signed up with, so we can find it.

What happens next

  • We delete your login, profile, saved details, selfie, ID photos and uploaded documents.
  • If you have an open booking or loan application, our team contacts you first.
  • We keep only records the law requires, such as payments, receipts and signed documents, for as long as it requires.
  • We email you when your account is deleted.
